2. Services Provided
K2K Inbound is a B2B travel tour agency providing customized travel solutions for corporate and business clients. Our services include, but are not limited to, itinerary planning, accommodation booking, transport coordination, and guided tours.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure reservations.

Full payment must be made before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed.

Any additional charges incurred during the trip must be settled before departure.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and supplier policies.

K2K Inbound reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.

5. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to confirmed bookings must be requested in writing.

Changes may be subject to additional charges depending on supplier policies.

K2K Inbound cannot guarantee changes requested close to departure dates.

6. Liability & Responsibility

K2K Inbound acts as an agent for third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, etc.) and is not liable for their acts, omissions, or services.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements, including visas, insurance, and health regulations.

7. Travel Insurance

K2K Inbound strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred during travel.

8. Conduct and Compliance

Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.

Any misconduct, including abusive behavior, may result in service termination without a refund.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Client information will only be used for booking and service-related purposes unless otherwise consented.

10. Force Majeure

K2K Inbound is not liable for service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.

11. Amendments to Terms

K2K Inbound reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

Clients will be notified of significant changes where applicable.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Australian legal procedures.
